Meet Our Executive Chef - Christian Encalada
Christian Encalada, Executive Chef, graduated top of his class at Cenfotur in Lima, Peru. He honed his skills at a top hotel in Spain, then worked at Gastón Acurio’s “Tanta” before returning to Spain to refine his culinary style. Back in Peru, he launched “Warike” in Chorrillos with support from his brother Frank, who was in Alabama preparing for their dream project in Miami—bringing authentic Mexican-Peruvian cuisine to life.
